  • At least one year of experience using Oracle NetSuite Accounting Software.
Responsible For
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts: Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled accurately and in a timely manner, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Inform Clients of Incoming Funds: Notify clients promptly of incoming funds and ensure they are aware of any relevant details.
  • Record Company Fees for Incomings: Accurately record and update company fees for incoming transactions.
  • Update Website with Funds Received: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the website regarding funds received, ensuring clients have access to current information.
  • Prepare and Verify Payments: Process and verify outgoing payments to ensure all transactions are accurate and completed on time.
  • Callbacks to New Suppliers: Confirm banking details for new suppliers to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
  • Send SWIFT Payments: Handle and process SWIFT payments for the previous day's transactions.
  • Create Merchant Account Link: Set up and generate merchant account links based on client requests, ensuring proper configuration.
  • Client Queries: Attend to client queries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Liaise with Banks for Discrepancies: Work closely with banks to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to transactions or accounts.
  • Prepare Statements for Clients: Generate and prepare financial statements for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and clear.
  • Assist with Ad-Hoc Reports: Provide support in preparing ad-hoc reports for clients or management as required.
